Dr. Roger Clemens is adjunct Professor of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences within the USC School of Pharmacy. He is a Fellow in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), American College of Nutrition and Marilyn Magaram Center for Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics. He established and contributes to a Food, Medicine and Health column published monthly in Food Tech-nology. As an active member in the American Society for Nutrition (ASN), he also serves as a spokesperson for the ASN, and chairs the ASN Public Infor-mation Committee.
Rosemarie Christopher holds board member positions in various quality and regulatory organizations such as the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Food, Drug and Cosmetic Division (FDC) as Membership Chair, Regional Councilor Chair, National Discussion Group Chair. Rosemarie also serves as Region 7 Deputy Regional Director and San Fernando Valley Section, Career Development and Education Chair; the USC School of Pharmacy as a member of the Board of Councilors and Executive Committee Chair of the Life Industries Council (LInC); the Orange County Regulatory Affairs Discussion Group, (OCRA-DG) as a Member and Sponsor. As President & CEO of MEIRxRS, a family of 3 unique companies that recruit and place scientific, technical, engineering and math/physics professionals, Rosemarie has over 28 years of experience with executive search and staff augmentation with mid-senior level Stem trained and experienced professionals. Todd has been involved in a variety of public health projects around the globe. Over the course of his career, Todd has had the privilege to serve in a variety of capacities at Food Safety and Environmental Health organizations including Orange County Food Safety Advisory Council, California Retail Food Safety Coalition, California DPH Environmental Health Specialist Registration Committee and California Environmental Health Association.
Dr. Marléne García Swider serves as a regulatory consultant and facilitator for this website. She is the main contact and an original creator and sponsor for the Quality Leadership Network (QLN). Dr. García Swider has served in the FDA for more than 25 years in different capacities including Public Affairs Specialist (working with Congressional issues), Biotech Reviewer, Budget and Planning Analyst, Investigator, and Regulatory Project Manager. Most recently she serves as the Quality System Manager for Los Angeles District Office, FDA. She holds a bachelor degree in Science, a Masters in Health Services Administration, and a Doctor degree on Organizational Management. She and her family reside in Orange County, California. Mas Hori is a food safety consulting consultant. Mas specializes in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Coordination and Sanitation Consulting. He provides private consulting service to a number of food processing firms in California and is the lead trainer for the Food Safety with FIBR Training Institute which teaches Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) and HACCP courses. Mr. Hori is also a board member of the Food Industry Business Roundtable (FIBR). He had worked for the California Department of Preventive Health Services, Food and Drug Branch, in the Southern California area for 26.5 years. Since 1996, he has trained over 2000 individuals in HACCP.

Stephen is a ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.
Sr. VP Technical Services & Corporate Quality at Bumble Bee Foods, also leads the company’s Quality, Regulatory, Consumer Response and Research and Development Programs. He is active in various technical groups within Fisheries Council of Canada, Food & Consumer Products of Canada, Grocery Manufacturer’s Association (GMA) and national Fisheries Institute (NFI) where he has focused upon traceability and food defense initiatives. Mr. Mavity chaired the GMA Food Defense Committee for two years and currently co-chairs the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Food Defense Working Group.
Aura Stewart is a multifaceted and innovative professional that offers extensive management, quality systems, regulatory compliance/GMP, food safety/HACCP/FSMA, quality assurance, auditing, and business consulting experience within a wide variety of organizations, from food and biotechnology to manufacturing and services. Aura is currently the President of Nutripromise, a specialty foods start-up company that sources and produces under environmental, social, and sustainability criteria.
